Task description:

Assist the customer according to the standards and procedures established by Indigo.

Guide and inform the customerconcerning the parking lot rules, procedures, opening hours, etc.

Ensure the moving of the customers vehicles while offering an excellent customers service according to Indigo standards.

Follow the rules of the parking concerning the management of car keys.

Close sections of the parking if needed.

Follow procedures in case of accident and towing of vehicles.

Keep the workplace clean at all times.

And any other related duties.


Minimum experience of 3 years required with driving standard and automatic cars.

Class 5 Driver’s license with good driving record.

Experience in customer service will be considered an asset.

Must be able to speak both in French and in English.

Enjoy working with customers.

Ability to work in a team and alone.
