Job short description:
The mission of the attendant is to assist customers who need support regarding the process of the parking at their arrival, while using the payment terminal or on their way out. The agent manage all issues of the customers throughout their experience on our parking lots. He must act with professionalism and courtesy and performs all the follow up required by the customers and by the direction.
Customer calls can refer to a break, a defect or a lack of equipment, a request for information on payment methods, hours of operation or any other information relating to the parking.
- Perfectly bilingual(English/French)
- Ability to communicate by writing in the (2) officials languages
- Enjoy the relations with the customers
- Ease to use computer technology
- Ability to work under pressure (several simultaneous calls)
- Diploma in collegial level (DEC) or relevant experience will be considered in priority.
- Experience in call center will be considered an asset.
Be available 7 nights. evening and days from sunday to saturday
salary : 16$/hours
